This document outlines our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for online courses and virtual consultation services, which applies to all customers accessing and purchasing these services through our website and otherwise.
Enrollment, Payment, and Service Agreement
1.1 By enrolling in an online course or availing virtual consultation services offered by Leah CL Moses, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed the course or service details, including the description, objectives, prerequisites (if any), and any other relevant information provided on our website.
1.2 Payment for online courses and virtual consultation services is due at the time of enrollment or booking. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
1.3 For virtual consultation services, an additional service agreement may be required, outlining the scope, duration, and specific terms of the service. This agreement, along with this No Refund Policy, governs the provision of virtual consultation services by Leah CL Moses.
Course Access, Service Delivery, and Availability
2.1 Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the online course materials and resources associated with the purchased course.
2.2 For virtual consultation services, the service delivery will be scheduled and conducted based on mutually agreed-upon dates and times between you and Leah CL Moses.
2.3 We strive to provide timely and professional service delivery; however, specific dates and times may be subject to availability and reasonable scheduling constraints.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content, including but not limited to lessons, modules, assessments, or supplementary materials, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Affiliate Program
3.1 The affiliate program applies to digital products created by Leah CL Moses that are listed at $100 USD or $680 TTD and above only. These products are currently the Crypto Education bundle, Course, Consultation, and Mentorship Program.
3.2 General Commission Rate is 15%. Subject to change at any time without prior notice. Some affiliates may have a custom commission rate by mutual agreement.
3.3 Minimum payout threshold is 22.5 USD or $150 TTD.
3.4 All payouts are paid in Trinidad and Tobago dollars at a rate of 6.8 TTD to $1 USD.
3.5 Affiliates are encouraged to sign up to Wipay (Colour Caribbean) for ease of commission payments.
3.6 Payouts will be processed 10-14 days after successful orders.
3.7 Modification of materials such as media images, flyers, pdfs and videos is strictly prohibited.
3.8 This affiliate program can be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Virtual Consulting & Workshops
4.1 No refunds are available for consulting services nor attended workshops
4.2 Cancellation – 6 hours notice is required for cancellation of sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended
4.3 Some Unused, pre-paid and retainer-based consulting services may be eligible for a refund depending on the agreement between you and Leah CL Moses
Online Courses
4.4 There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.
Digital Products (Audio, Video, E-Book downloads)
4.5 These products are not eligible for refund or exchange
4.6 Should your file be defective or damaged upon arrival please contact Leah CL Moses and a copy of the file will be re-sent

5.1 In the event of technical issues or access problems caused solely by Leah CL Moses, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue promptly or offer an alternative solution. This may include providing you with access to a similar course, rescheduling virtual consultation services, or offering a credit for future use.

Dispute Resolution
6.1 Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to this No Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
